The day was perfect. The sun was out and there were some clouds to give shade. The grass finally grew back in and stared to look better than before. It was hot though. Everyone was a sweaty gross mess. It started to drizzle. It came down in beats. Like everything was frozen. The band director told us to go inside. I walked with my friends. I heard footsteps, I turned around to see Tim.
"Stephenie ... I love you and I have always loved you since that day in September when you started to laugh, and you have made me glad that I am in band and you are the one I wait for each peiod to get to and you are the one who will always pick me up when I'm down with your laugh." He said
"I knew this from the day I met you that I would know me for years and I knew that I had saved you that September day and that I have always brought you up when you are down as have you done the same to me. I will always love you and I cannot change that." I said
As if all time froze...and it did...we kissed. It was small...sure...but it felt like years before we split. The whole world stoped for that one moment.
My steady breathing awoke me.
My room was quite.
It was dark.
The dream was beautiful.
I won't ever have it again.
I lay down and cry.
Why do felling have to be a bitch.

It was a windy night in Gotham City.
Most people are in their houses all cozy and warm while I was was just walking home from work.
The GCPD has kept me on the same case for months now.
Searching for Poison Ivy and the rare plants she stole.

The street was empty.
I was only 15, one of the youngest cops daughter that was working, so I was a target to get mugged.
But tonight was different.
Noone was out.
I heard a high pitched laugh that nobody could mistake.

"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
WELL WHAT'S A PRETTY GIRL LIKE YOU DOING OUT TONIGHT!?!" he asked me

" Don't come near me I know how to defend myself!" I yelled

"OH OF COURSE YOU DO (your full name). YOU ARE A COPS DAUGHTER
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!" he replied

"Get away from her Joker!"

It was Robin the boy wonder.
He got the Joker away and asked me of I was ok.

"I have to go can you get home by yourself?"

"I'll manage" I said

I got home and tossed myself on my bed.
I heard a thump on my window.
Tim Drake my best friend was a my window.
I opened the window and said "How did you even get up here, we are 6 stories high?"
"I am Batman that's how!"
We spent hours talking.
"Are you ok after almost being hurt by the Joker?"
I sat there, not moving, till I said "I haven't told anyone about that, how did you know?!?"
"Ummm... lucky guess?"
"Oh my god...Your Robin, your the boy wonder! How could I have missed that! You never being able to come over at night and only when I almost got mugged or shot you would be here! It now clears up so much! YOU DICK HEAD WHY WOULDN'T YOU TELL ME!"
" I couldn't it would get you hurt, and I didn't want my crush to get hurt...."
Before he could finish I kissed him.
He grabbed me and lifted me up.
He threw me on the bed and stared to take off my clothes.

THE NEXT MORNING

I woke up with a warm body under mine. Tim kissed my forehead.
"That was...wow!" He said
His watch beeped.
"Bats is calling me I have to go."
"Just don't do anything to fucking stupid."
He jumped out my window all dressed in his costume.

I am the night
I strike fear in the hearts to those who have none
I don't show feeling or emotion when out on the field, but by myself l wish that everything could be back to me and my parents.

Robin is my partner.
He is not of my blood but,
He is my son.
He is my happiness.

Robin has left to become the hero Nightwing, so I have found a new Robin.
He is fierce and strong.
He was raised badly and grew up in hell.
My Robin started from nothing, and is hoping he can get to something.

I am Batman
Robin has died by the hands of the Joker.
I can't kill that son of a bitch.
He wins if I do.
I can't avenge my second son.
I'm getting angered more by the minute.
It is making me dangerous.

I am Batman
Tim has saved my sanity.
My third Robin is smart.
He is very young too.
My second son has come back and became Red Hood.
My worst nightmare is my sons turning against me.
Part of that nightmare has come true.

I am Batman
Tim left and became Red Robin.
Stephanie is great but will get hurt.
She is not always a great listener but she is a fighter.

I am Batman
I was once Robin
I was Nightwing
My father has died and it is time for me to take over.
My brother is his blood son, my Robin.
I protect my family.
They are my happiness and I love them.

I am the Batman and I will protect this city until my final breath.

They all say the same stuff
Do your homework
Babysit your sister
Don't die while protecting your city
It's all the same.

He says stop coming with me your goona die someday, just like all the rest.
I keep going to the cave and putting on that suit each night.

My friends all ask where I get the bumps and bruises. I say the same old old lie ' I crashed my bike' never though.
I never believed Dick and Bruce telling me about the people before me that came close and got burned.

At least not until now

When he came.
The day my life changed into a nonstop running game of were I'm the target.
When he found me it was over.
I was never going back to my house and living a normal life.
That clown took that life away.
He took my whole life away.

My body
My sprit
My hope

I want him to pray for mercy as I stand in front of him about to pull the trigger.
It's about time he leaves and goes to hell for what he's done.
It's time for me to make my return and put villains in their places.
